This chimney stack in Castle Hill had a historic leak even after others had made numerous repairs. We don’t like patch-ups, so we completely redid the flashings by ripping out the old toxic lead and installed new Wakaflex lead-free flashings cut into the brickwork and installed a custom Colorbond flashing. We also coated the deteriorating render with a waterproof membrane and painted it. Now its better than new and safe for decades.

Completely rebuilt Gable! 🤩
We removed the Asbestos cladding and rotted timber. Installed new Fascia, gable pointing and new cladding over lead-free flexible Wakaflex apron flashings.
After a paint with tough Dulux exterior paint, the gables are ready for the next 30 years, or more.

This Dutch Gable in Hornsby, Sydney had deteriorated, falling apart, and causing leaks.
We installed new Wakaflex lead-free flashing under new cladding, rebed and pointed the gable with a flexible pointing adhesive for long lasting results, then painted with a tough UV Resistant exterior paint. Now its protected from the elements and will last for years!
